Vergelegen Sauvignon Blanc South Africa 2012
RAGE has bought some of the finest white wine from the celebrated 300-year old Somerset West estate, Vergelegen. Specifically, it's their 2012 Sauvignon Blanc, rated 4-star by John Platter, and awarded 90 points out of a possible 100 by both Tim Atkin (UK Winemaster) and Stephen Tanzer (US wine critic).

It’s selling at R92 per bottle in Norman Goodfellows, but you can have it for just R70 - which includes a contribution of over R30 per bottle to RAGE. That's quite some deal.

All we ask is that you order by the case: 6 bottles per case, at R420.00. There's no delivery charge, provided you can collect it from where it's currently stored in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
Here's how to purchase:
1. Send an email to info@rhinorage.org to let Ingrid know how many cases you want.
2. Pay the appropriate amount (R420.00 per case) into the RAGE bank account:
Rhino Action Group Effort, Standard Bank Sandton City, branch code 018105, account number 021535744.
3. On receipt of your proof-of-payment, Ingrid will contact you to make arrangements for you to collect your wine (a receipt or invoice will be issued on request only as this incurs an admin charge to RAGE).

If anything's not clear, contact Ingrid on info@rhinorage.org.

And please don't forget: we lost more than 1000 rhinos to poachers in 2013; that's almost twenty a week. We can't stop the scourge unless we all play our part. And when that part is simply sipping a chilled Sauvignon Blanc at sundown, can you really turn a blind eye?

Here's to helping our beleaguered rhinos!!
